Have you ever discovered hair, insects or any other foreign objects in your food? |
If you went to someone's house to eat ,and you found anyone of these objects in your food while around the table with everyone else. What would you do? Would you move it to the side and continue eating. Without offending the person who prepared the food, what would you do? Would you make it known to everyone around the table that there is a disgusting object in your food? ew yes. it was gross. I would stop eating & just sip away at my beverage, as to give the host & other guests, the impression that I was full. I would not say anything about what was in my food, so as not to offend the host/hostess. that would depend on who i am company for. if it's family or a close friend i'd probably make a big schpeal out of the whole thing just for fun. but if i don't know them well, then i'd probably just pick it out and continue on as to not be rude. haha. a bit of hair never killed anyone I have had an unidentifiable small brown object in my cup of starbucks once....i threw it out & never got to find out what it is, but i threw it out for a different reason... If it were a piece of hair i would just take it out and continue eating. An insect on the other hand - i wouldn't want to offend them but I wouldn't want to eat it too, so i would just say i was full i suppose. what does it matter? a hair isnt gonna get you sick it is what you cannot see I discovered ants in the sugar at a friends house, and I just spoke up and said, "Jeff there are some ants in the sugar bowl could you get some fresh sugar please? thank you." No one thought anything about it and we went on as before. No biggie. luckily no! ewwww dude i remember like 10 yrs ago my mother found a worm in the pasta! we sooo took that box back! Don't eat it! Bring it up! As a guest I would just put it to the side or lift it to my napkin. As it could have shown up in their plate as well, I am sure it was unintentional and they would be mortified to know it showed up in mine. ewww i dont know. i would probably say i was not hungry. i could never eat it. ewwwwwwww i would pretend like i was eating Yes i have. At chick-fil-a thier was a wad of dust in my chicken strip. i would probably just faint and say nothing man that is bad question and hard to do. i mena i have seen it in restr. and that is bad enough. i mean live roaches in my chinese while trying to eat and ran out of their and you know what i had to pay for it theya re nuts also. near randolphafb if you know it and then they clsoed it down for being bad. i knew it would happen. If I found something Gross in my food and I was at their house I think they would know as I would be barfing all over the place...I have a very weak stomach and Im sure I wouldnt be able to keep it down. |
