What are some healthy items to buy from fast food restaurants?


If any? I'm trying to eat healthy,anyone know any nutritionally valued items at fast-food restaurants?

Depends on your goal They have bottled water & orange juice but the low fat milk is good for you too. And Of course salads, Depends if you are doing breakfast or dinner Even burgers w/o mayo++ w/ veggies ok Just stay away from Fried items You don't have to eat the buns Are you trying to loose weight or just over-all. Alot of the food is not bad for you ALOT Of any @ 1 time is though

Salads, grilled chicken

bottled water

salads (not ceasar)
grilled chicken/fish bagette - no mayo

You are better off making your own sandwich though -cheaper and tastier!

bring your own lunch--yes, you can---get yogurt - protein bars, salads with chicken even get lean cuisine that you can microwave if you have one at work and guess what- in one year- you will save enough money to take a trip to an island...promise.

fast food is just that--fast and fool of garbage==the chicken is fried in trans fat grease-- that's like instant glue in your arteries--the salads --first of all are never fresh and the dressings are never low fat....so face it--fast food is fast FAT

Buy even south beach bars---they have at least 19 grams of protein and with a drink, preferably not soda--even green tea, you are doing your body good---if you like milk, a nice skim milk with ice and believe me, it's filling...........

salad at mcdonalds is the best.
