What are some healthy items to buy from fast food restaurants? |
If any? I'm trying to eat healthy,anyone know any nutritionally valued items at fast-food restaurants? Depends on your goal They have bottled water & orange juice but the low fat milk is good for you too. And Of course salads, Depends if you are doing breakfast or dinner Even burgers w/o mayo++ w/ veggies ok Just stay away from Fried items You don't have to eat the buns Are you trying to loose weight or just over-all. Alot of the food is not bad for you ALOT Of any @ 1 time is though Salads, grilled chicken bottled water salads (not ceasar) bring your own lunch--yes, you can---get yogurt - protein bars, salads with chicken even get lean cuisine that you can microwave if you have one at work and guess what- in one year- you will save enough money to take a trip to an island...promise. salad at mcdonalds is the best. |

This sounds like fun.. try some odd stuff like .. rice cakes and different veggies like a potato and carrots, onions, apple, whole wheat bread. cheese, yogurt, nuts,dry pasta, pork rinds, pop corn.... Cook it or rabbits will eat it or anything else that likes it. ...sugar alcohols are not fake sugar. It is a hydrogenated sugar. So they add an OH group, hence alcohol. Sugar alcohols are not readily absorbed in the intestine due to this change. They are used... Yes I have the same problem. If I eat before I go to sleep I wake up and my stomachs rumbling and needing food. Ive always assumed it was the digestive juices from the night befores meal still hang... I go all out on sunday, eggs bacon sausage corned beef hash, pancakes, and fruit. juice and coffee to finish, then its time for football. ...A BIT early for them, but a good greengrocer should be able to help you get one. ...As long as the eggs are pasteurized, (and in store bought I believe they are) I don't think there's a problem. ...i wouldnt eat it, yeah 3 days is my limit.. others will go longer and be fine, im not that lucky..lol ... |
