Why is it that whenever I eat right before bed, I wake up the next morning very hungry? |
If I eat something right before I go to bed, I always wake up and am starving the next morning. If I don't eat right before bed, I am fine and not really hungry in the morning. It doesn't make much sense to me. Yes I have the same problem. If I eat before I go to sleep I wake up and my stomachs rumbling and needing food. Ive always assumed it was the digestive juices from the night befores meal still hanging around in my stomach. Well thats my theory anyway... I assume that your metabolism got going right after you ate and when it finished digesting the food, the natural thing to do is to tell you that you're hungry. If you don't eat, your metabolism isn't going in the morning and you need to eat something to get it going. |
