What is aerated chocolate and where can I get it in Los Angeles?

Attended the World Cuisine Event sponsored by Los Angeles Magazine tonight and they had this new chocolate there called "Bubble Chocolate" The flavor was incredible! Does anyone happen to know what stores carry it here? Thanks!

Iknow about the Aero bar. That's not what I am talking about. This is a bar actually called "Bubble Chocolate". It is brand new, they said.

I think what you are looking for can be found at the official Bubble Chocolate web site:

http://www.bubblechocolate.com/

Is this what you were looking for?

The Candy Addict article linked to in the Sources was posted in June and it mentions that distribution had not yet been lined up. Bubble Chocolate comes in three flavors (milk, dark, and coffee) and is currently available only online through http://www.bubblechocolate.biz/ or through Candy Warehouse (http://candywarehouse.com/bubble.html) with a 17 bar minimum order. Bubble Chocolate will be available at retail outlets later this year.

there's a canadian version, it's called aero...but im not sure where to get it in LA

I am from England and it is sold there, you can get it in many different flavours, I just did a quick search and found this info...
In addition to the United Kingdom, the bar is also sold in Canada, Australia, The Republic of Ireland, Japan, and New Zealand under the Aero name, and in the Netherlands by Nestl茅 as Bros (meaning: 'brittle'). The Aero bar was made available for a short time in the United States by Nestle during the 1980s, though it seems not to have been a commercial success. The British version is available in some parts of the US as an import. Aero enjoys a large market following in South Africa with Aero, Aero Mint and, recently, White Aero

This is a site that imports Aero, among other treats...but keep searching, you may find a seller in the U.S.
