What food did people eat in seventeenth century france?

I need to know what types of food, drinks, orderves the french ate in seventeenth century france for my school project that is due Monday, April 30. Any information will be greatly appriciated!

Fowl of all types that they could hunt, including doves, pigeons, peacocks (for the rich). Tuber type veggies that could be stored for long periods of time. Venison and rabbit and whatever other animals roamed their woods. Remember back then they were self sustaining, there was no running to the store, if you wanted to eat you got your own food.
