What is the nutritional value of corn starch? |
mainly does it contain any sugar (ie: like corn syrup).. i need to make sure it has no sugar. There is no sugar in cornstarch. It is literally just the starch from corn. However, in each tablespoon of cornstarch are 7 grams of carbs, which as you probably know, are converted to sugar in your body. http://www.thecarolinaweigh.com/nutritio...
