Where can i buy really good fried fish(not the kinds that taste sooggy and moist,but is crispy)?

Im trying to get some really good fried fish for my grandmas birthday and i was wondering where to get it.Should i call achinese restaurant?

one of the problems with buying fried fish and bringing it home is keeping it nice and crispy. when you put fried food in a styrofoam box the steam from the heat of the food will condensate on the box and then your fish will get soggy. transportation is the biggest problem, i'd make it myself.
