When will women grow up and start appreciating the good guys?

I am afraid that it is a two way road on that one. A lot of woman dont appreciate the good guys and a lot of men don't appreciate the good women I have had guys tell me how good and sweet I am and this and that and then they drop me like a hotcake.

I see that problem with women and I wonder why the heck they dropped the guy like they did.

I think everyone needs to grow up and appreciate what is good. Honestly.

I know that there are lots of good guys out there and there are lots of good girls, it's just a matter of them meeting one another.

When they learn what it really means to be a woman...this was taken away from them in the last few decades...I think Its high time we returned to who we were meant to be...God doesn't make mistakes.

When they're allowed to, and made to. But some girls refuse to grow up, and insist on being cold hearted, and stubborn brats. But it's only some not all.

Grown-up: not childish or immature.
Adult: fully developed and mature.

I infer your question is rhetorical and that you rather refer to the concept of MENTAL AGE.

A person's mental age is a measurement of their ability to think when compared to the average person's ability at that age.

These women you refer to will 'grow up' as long as they live their lives and experience different relationships with different men.

One cannot 'appreciate' anything if one cannot compare:

a) 'A' with 'B'
b) 'A' to 'B'
c) 'A' or 'B' to the lack of it.

'Compare to' is not the same as 'Compare with'

So,

As these women live their lives and experience different relationships (or perhaps not), they'll be able to compare. If they ever experience what is like to have a good guy by her side and in the middle of it they're unable to appreciate it, they won't do it until:

They experience with a bad guy and compare.
They lack of the company of a good guy.

Generally they yearn for it and then they grow-up and appreciate the good guys.

I firmly believe that it is a fifty/fifty thing not all men are jerks and there are woman that are not all that great either. But I think woman do have a hard time finding good men and vice versa.

PROBABLY NEVER (NO OFFENSE) 1/2 THE LADIES I KNOW ARE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR AT "HOTTIE" WHO TREATS HER LIKE CREP, SLEPPS HER AROUND, AND CHEATS ON HER BUT SHES POSITVE SHE CAN CHANGE HIS PATHETIC LOSER #SS. AND IN THE MEAN TIME ALL OF US GOOD GUYS GET THE SHAFT.

Women are there but all the good guys are taken. Doesn't that just stink. =(

The ones that are grown up and mature do like good guys. It's becoming more and more rare to find good guys and girls. Hold on, you will find one !!

I like the good guys, but the bad boys have that appeal which makes them seen untouchable which causes a woman to want them more.

just roll with the punches dude, currently if thats the metaphor were using iv got ten rounds with mike tyson but iv stil got a girl who loves me so im hanging in there, when i was looking i did feel like your question, just give it time n dont give up, the saying last guys finish last is pretty true in my experience, everyone ***** me and i dont nothing bout it, ah well iv got a good lass so im happy!!

Good guys are too easy. I like bad boys because they are always a chase.

My problem was I was always addicted to bad boys when I was longer. I passed up alot of good guys. Looking back, I wish I would've given them a chance.

when they have been messed around, let down, hit on by everyone who just isn't right for them then they'll realise what they've been missing out on, don't worry guy's she'll realise your there....eventually ; )
