What is the best way to reveal your feelings?

I need some help guys, so give me the best answers possible. I am in high school, and about four months ago, I realized I had pretty deep feelings for one of the girls in my class. She is my dream girl, everything I have ever wanted in a girl. The problem is, I am not the bset with words. I can write better than talk if you know what I mean.

The problem is, I really hate lieing to the girl when we talk, acting like I don't have feelings for her... I just do not believe its fair to her. We are pretty good friends, but I just feel like I need to be honest.

Another problem is that she has a long distance boyfriend, but they are looking to break up soon, so its not really an issue. I just need the best way to express to her how I feel without ruinign any friendships. We have a lot in common and she could be the one for me, but I just cant get myself to open up to her. Please help!

make subtle moves. words can be aukward. I am guessing though that there is nothing you can do. She either likes you or doesn't and she has had plenty of time. pay attention for subtle clues like proximity (how close to you she stands) if she touches you alot, even to pick something off your shirt, it means something. You probably already know the answer.
