What frequency of text messaging would be considered harrassment? |
Is text messaging someone once every couple of weeks harrassment? What if the message is regarding as of yet unrequited love, and the message just says "~Heart~"? As long as you are not bulling them it should be ok, like making nice comments or talking about anything except the harassment forms of harassing then you are ok! if they have asked you to stop, and you don't stop, then its harassment, even if its only once every few weeks. No, I don't think so.. it if was every day or several times a week I would say it's borderline. Do you not like this person texting you? If not then tell them to stop. If they don't, then yes.. it's harrassment. It's harrassment if unwanted. Phone callers can be blocked, so if you're the one sending the messages, he may never be receiving them. Give up. If you're the one receiving the messages, block the number. is this happening to you, or are u doing it to someone else? oooh, sounds creepy to me, can you block the number it's coming from? Can you get an older brother or friend to intervene?? Text back saying something to the affect that you'd like the texting to stop immediately, say your not interested and you find it bothersome and a waste of your time reading those stupid heart texts. Once the recipient has stated to stop....then the sender needs to stop. If the sender does not.....it is considered harrassment immediately!!!! "Unrequited love"? Get the hint Sweetie, he doesn't want you, there is no interest, move on!!! well if the person never returns the sms or calls..it means he/she is not interested... that's life. Do not text them futher...imo. What if YOU were the one to receive such text messages ? How would that make you feel? Put yourself in the other's shoes. If the person has not responded, you should take the hint. They don't have an interest in you. |
