What are the advantages of living on your own than living with a roomate?

I want to live on my own but doesn't that get lonesome some time? How do you live on your own and not get too lonesome? Especially since most places don't let you have pets?

Well living alone you don't have the stress and argument of where things go, who cleans what and who pays what bills and you get the BIG bedroom(lol)..less stress.
If you are worried about being lonely then start a game/movie night at your place, same day every week. Join some clubs, and get some hobbies. Just cause you live alone doesn't mean you have to be a hermit.

There a lot of advantages to living alone. you dont have to please anyone but yourself,you only have to pick up after yourself, you eat what you want to eat,run around the house naked nad nobody u=is going to care.there are a lot of people in this world that have never been alone, and most of these people cant take care of themselves only. so if you cant take care of yourself how can you take care of others? as for the lonliness, you deal with it, lonliness builds solitude, and when you have solitude, you are strong and can face most challanges that life will throw at you.

well i have definately been there done that, it was horrible. umm living on my own is awesome then again im 28 so i should b on my own but i have been through roommate heck, umm living on ur own u could walk around naked if ya wanted to and not have to worry bout anything u have your own privacy, u can watch what u want on tv be as loud as u want, sing in the shower and not have to be heard i dont do that but u could,yea i get bored but my neighbor is my best friend of 15 yrs so i c them a lot umm i live in a house so i dont have to worry bout not able to have pets although i dont.

i think if u get a roommate it should be ur best friend if you think yall could get along or a bf/gf thats the only time i will ever get another roommate is a gf but she wouldnt be a roommmate shed be my mate ;) lol anyways hoppe this helps in some way

Just invite your friends over sometimes, or go to your freinds house.
