What do you consider attractive in a middle aged woman?

I just turned 55 and I want to stay as attractive as I can, what does everyone think that attractiveness is in an older person?

Simply put, look your best. Make-up, clothing, stature, the way you carry yourself. Yes, and look a little sexy in your appearance. Be Yourself!

Keep up to date with current trends but keep it classy, look after your body by eating healthily and do cardio and weight training, take care of your skin and always use sunblock, don't feel because you are in your 50's you have to cut your hair, keep some length and layers to soften your features.

But by far the most important thing is having confidence.

Anyway, 55 isn't really old. I'm just pulling your leg.

My nan is 70 but no one would believe it the way she still acts and dresses, she's stunning for her age and also my mum is 40 next year and she's beautiful, she's a size 10 in clothes, and has only a few grey hairs.

If you're feeling that you're getting older, dye your hair or get a younger (but honest) relative to go shopping with you for some stuff that will show of your figure. I'm 18 and I go shopping with my nan still and my mums wardrobe has been transformed since I gained a sense of style when I hit my teens! She's a hot mumma now and I like to think some of that is from my advice on what cuts/colours/shapes suit her x

I feel as though some get caught in same look for twenty yrs.i say keep up to date w styles and hair always helps and walk once a day to keep mind fresh.

Middle age women all seem so self assured and seem to be at peace with themselves. The seem wiser, do not have to prove themselves to any one, most have achieved what the younger people still dream to achieve or still struggle to achieve. I like a middle age woman of 55 to be classy and a real lady ................ no tights and mini's with platform shoes. They should be well groomed with short silvery blond hair or a nice bob always looks nice. Some older women tend to let themselves "go". No one should look like an overmaked up, old hag. By the way I am a woman, far from 55 (but not gay) Hope that helps you. I think women in their 50ties and 60 ties are beautiful.
