What is a romantic night at home like, how would/should it be put together and enjoyed?

My and my gf been together for almost 5yrs now, and we have a child together. I'm planning on havin a romantic night with her this weekend (so I need answers a.s.a.p!! Please!!) but I need some tips on the best romantic night, I'm planning to start it at 7pm. All answers will be accepted. Either a romantic night at home, or a nice romantic outing. Holla at me people!!

I think a nice romantic night in is lovely. An expensive night out is nice too, but anyone with a job and a brain can organise that. Doing it yourself at home shows you really care.
Organise some child care. Clean the house so your girlfriend has no chores to do. Shower and look your best. Cook her favourite meal and serve fine wine. Light candles and play romantic music. Give your girlfriend a nice gift and generally treat her like a queen! At the end of the night carry her to a bed strewn with rose petals. Ahhhh!

The most romantic night i have ever had was on our second wedding anniversary....we were broke....lol when i got home from work.... my hubby was already home and met me at the door he took me around to the backyard where he had a blanket on the ground surrounded by candles....soft music playing on the radio....it was wonderful we laid there and talked forever in each others arms....and then we went in where he had prepared supper by candle light and ended in a tub filled with bubbles.....it was awesome!!!!!

Get a diamond and propose for heaven's sake. It's been 5 years AND 1 kid. That proposal will beat any romantic night.......

I would say a candlelit dinner... good wine... a babysitter... a bath together... and bring her favorite dessert.... with an engagement ring on it!
