What is the best way to start back working after being home for five years dealing with medical problems?

I went back to work after 9 years of raising children. Things had changed sooooo much. I made an effort to re-train myself (independent of my workplace), worked my way up and now have a wonderful job. If you don't have a job already, I would seek some training and/or do some volunteer work to get my confidence back. Good luck..

You just have to hop back in the job market...I know because it happen to me...you know your limitation because of your medical problems, so look for something that will not aggravate your situation...

It is like riding a bike, you might be rusty but you remember how when you jump back on...good luck to you....

You just do it. you look for a job that will support you and be suitable for you and whatever physical and medical limitations you have. there are websites that will help you find work .. just type "employment" into the search bar and go for it.
