We've been separated for 4 years and have already signed the papers, but he never made it to court to finalize the divorce, so I am still legally married. There has got to be a way to get this divorce....quick, cheap and easy.

go to the court where you filed and let them know his in jail

get him to file prose its free if not you file in the court where hes in prison at or your own but you'll pay
