What we can see physically to the pregnant women who are smoker and alcoholic person?

I will make nursing care plan and in nursing care plan there must the subjective and objective but I don鈥檛 know what will be the objective (in objective, what you can see in that person) I will write, so please help me. Thanks a head

There is a reason for the addictions. She needs counselling..

I'm assuming this is for a Mum who is currently pregers and care plan will not include child after birth.

Objective...you may see S/S of SOB, or cyanosis, activity intolerance. Decreased liver and kidney function.

I suggest reporting her behavior to her doctor and social services.
