How do I remove permanent marker from the wall without the paint coming off? |
My daughter drew on the wall with a permanent marker. I've tried everything but still won't come off. I'm scared if I used Metho or something like that the paint will come off. Please help. usually hair spray will remove ink I've used a mr clean magic eraser on MANY things and they all came off. I've never tried to get marker off, but it works on so many things. For a few bucks, it's worth a try. Good luck! yea try to use the Magic Eraser...it works good You might want to try rubbing (isopropyl) alcohol. I know it got permanent marker off a tile floor once...it may work on the wall. Either way, it won't hurt the paint! The best thing to do it paint over it with Kiltz (made to cover stains) and then touch up the wall with paint. You can buy Kiltz either in a spray can or you can brush it on with a paint brush. Colgate Total Whitening it worked with my wallls |
