How long does a woman's hair have to be before you would consider it really long?

How many inches or down to wear on thier back/body?

Bra strap length and below is usually considered "long" if it's above their shoulders, it's short. If it's between their shoulders and bra strap, it's medium.

Past the middle of the back for "really long"

if the hair is longer than the bra strap, then it would be considered pretty long

I think more than 12inches. I am not positive even thought i just dounated 6inches of my hair yesterday and asked the lady, who did my hair.
