How does a black woman with a perm turn her hair back to its natural curliness?

You have to either grow out the relaxer (which can take several months) or you can do the "big chop" and simply clip off the realxed hair and start off fresh with natural healthy hair. The latter is easier to do, but many women are intimidated by the big chop and simply opt to grow out the relaxer instead.

Once you have a perm,there is no way you can have your natural hair texture,unless you stop getting perm and cut the part of the hair that is relaxed.
Your hair underwent a chemical reaction during the perming process.

somethimes people hair is naturally like that wether they have a perm or not there hair can jus be curly unless there curling there hair after a perm

when u get it wet it will be curley again. but not as curley as it originally was. so you have to let it grow out. :)
