How do I kill off mushrooms that are growing in my garden?

I think they're magic mushies and since I have a 2 year old running about the place I don't want any accidents. I've just harvested about 15. HELP!

no one is going to eat them - I do know what they do, hence this post!

If your in the UK, for christ sake dont harvest them - that would be illegal - complicated controlled drugs rules - contact me.

Go to your garden centre and look for a fungicide that contains FERROUS SULPHATE, that will do the trick.

you need to replace the turf as there is rotting wood within the soil.Hope this helps my hubby is a gardener so he knows all about gardens.good luck

pour boiling water on and around them to kill the under ground growth.

just eat them then you will find out why they are magical like my stick

note that many mushrooms can kill you if injested.

just pick them and put them in the trash

dig them out

You're not going to get rid of mushrooms unless you remove all organic materials. Just trash the ones you pick, and teach your child not to eat found stuff unless okayed by a parent.

The garden must not have good drainage or you're watering it too much. The Shrooms are a fungus that love moisture so ease up on watering or give it a good tilling to let some air in the dirt.

put up fairy lights, they only grow in the dark, then the fairies can run rings round them.
