What is a good plant for our office?

I have lots of light, indirect sunlight, but its a reception area with the door opening and shutting. Not high traffic but the plant would be subject to some cold drafts. Anything that is plush and something that flowers would be wonderful! Any help is appreciated, thanks guys!

Drafts won't kill an african violet and don't replant in a larger pot... water from the bottom and voila!! pretty plant

Lucky bamboos does very well in offices. They don't make flowers but are easy to maintenance. They do well in inside climates.

A variegated pothos or philodendron - like marble queen or silver queen

I'd recommend an Umbrella Plant. They're very pretty, fairly low maintenance and would be perfect for that environment. The only real maintenance they need besides the occassional watering is to have the dead ends cut off the leaves. Just snip snip with the scissors every once in a while. Very pretty plant!

"Kalanchoe blossfeldiana ... are small perennial succulents growing to about 30cm / 12in. in height and width. Hybrids are available in colours yellow, orange, red, pink, purple and variant of these. Flowers are produced in small clusters and are tubular in shape."

Some lilles would be perfect for your office but they do need lots of water. Thanks. =]

Mother-in-law tongues grow very well in offices. And are low maintenance.
