I planted some roses outside, and now there are little white insects all over it, how can i get rid of them?

I want to be able to get rid of them without hurting the roses.
When you touch the roses, you feel a sticky substance on your fingers after.

The first two sites are about different diseases and pests that can get to your roses. The first one is pictures to identify the problem. You can decide what it is, then type in "how to get rid of . . . " whatever it is in your search engine.

They're aphids. A strong burst of water from the hose after the sun is off the roses will knock the aphids off the plants and avoid chemicals.

mix water and dishwashing soap and keep spraying it on
