What are some quick and easy ways to get hyper or energized?

I see myself as a boring person and i'm always tired. I can see my friends getting bored with me and i never know what to talk about. how can i be more interesting and fun to be around?

Liz, it's probably your diet that is causing you to be so tired all the time. You can change that around. First, cut out the carbs. Carbohydrates can cause a spike in your blood sugar. What comes up must come down and when your blood sugar drops, it leaves you feeling tired and sluggish. Stay away from the sweets and anything with sugar. It's empty calories anyway so you don't need it. Cut way back on potatoes, white rice and bread. That alone should help.

As for talking and chit chatting with your friends, just speak your mind. I'm one of those people who think out loud. Everything that pops in my head I speak of it. No one ever gets bored around me that's for sure. Try asking them questions, that will get them to do the talking..
