Well best friend humm you mean friend DO you want her completely gone or jus out of the picture a little hard one 1. Hey I can't hang out with you anymore cause we don't have much in common.
2. Why don't I get back to you in a couple weeks I am jsut feeling so closterphobic right now we need to take a break.

Talk to her or maybe even make another person talk to her .

that's not easy as if direct you'll hurt feelings and if in direct she may not get hint so if you don't like her be direct and her feeling won't matter to you
