What do you think the difference is between an acquaintance or friend? |
There is a girl at work I work with. I think of her as a friend, but she told me I am just an acquaintance. A friend you can tell anything to. Anything. You will learn in time when you share personal info. But don't share anything you don't want anyone else to know until you know darn well you can trust that person. Make sure they are doing the same thing. If you find that you are sharing a common interest or bond (or problem) also, then you will most likely end up friends. an aquaintance is someone you may only talk to when ur in the room with them...other than u have no connection with them really..maybe a quick how are u..or something but nothing really personal. a friend is someone u can trust and tell ur secrets to, someone who will always be there for u and someone you can totally be urself around. You'll fart in front of a friend without any regret. She's not interested. |
