How can I breed these fish?

keywords: breed,fish

first off it would be helpful to know what tank size you have, what are your current parameters (Ph and such). now to answer the question with the given information...
1.) You are correct when you say that your ratios are off, it would be best for you to up the female number for all species to 1:2-3 as a typical m:f ratio.
2.) Yes, the mollies and guppies are able to interbreed, although unlikely especially considering you have both male and females of both species.
3.) In my opinion all of them should do fine on a good olds flake food, but live foods can only be positive, although some say it is NEEDED to breed i have used flake and gotten good results.
4.) As for proper parameters, unless they are wild caught they should be fine in pretty much anything, but a good range for ph would be anything from 6-8. temp should can be anything from anything from 21-27 degrees celcius would be acceptable.
5.) In the sense of breeding, if you really want the fry (babies) to survive you should have a fry tanks that is nice and heavily planed, well doesn't have to be heavily but the more plants the safer for the fry, Java moss is a plant that is reccomended by several breeders. if you want to just have the babies in the same tank then you should still have the tank with planes and places for fry to get away from predators, you if oyu have a HOB (hang on back) filter it is probably best that you cover the intake with a piece of aquarium safe sponge or nylon of some sort so the fry don't get sucked in. it also helps to keep the all the adults well fed, but careful not to overfeed.

As for the tiger barbs, they are a little more complicated to breed as they are egg-scatterers, i don't have much experience in that department, but i know that you should up the numbers because they will eventually start to nip at fins, especially the male guppies if they have nice flowing fins. i would reccomend you to a fish forum, not that answers doen't do an awesome job, but by going to the forums, you will get extremely experienced fishkeepers that can help with questions you may have better and more specifically.

Hope i helped!!!!!

I want to breed these livebearers....
I have....
3 Mollies (2 males 1 female)
2 Swordtails(1 male 1 female)
5 guppies (3 males 2 females)
I no my ratio is the wrong way around but wat the hell.
How do i breed all of them can they interbreed?
What do they need to eat?
What Temp?
And i have three tigerbarbs (2 females 1 male)
Also them

The mollies will reproduce at any time. The sword tails prefer to breed in colder temperatures. They like having all sorts of tank mates. The guppies wil reproduce like crazy once they do it once. The tiger barbs will reproduce if you feed them plenty of nurtients then turn the temp. up to 80F it will help the fish spawn. Then do a 50% water change with the new water being a degree or 2 cooler, this will trigger spawning. You will need plenty of plants that have huge lips under the leaf. This is where the fish will hide their eggs. All these fish will eat the babies. So you need a breeding net and a mesh or net around the tube on the filter. The filter will suck ujp the fish and crush them.

lol

For the Guppies, just being around eachother should be enough. They breed like lab rats. The Mollies and Swordtails should do the same thing.

Make sure you keep the babies separate from the adults, Not interbreedable, Tetra freeze dried red shrimp, and tropical fish pellets.

you need to keep the swordtails and mollies in a seperate tank. They will try to interbreed and will cause a whole bunch of problems.

You shouldn't even put three male guppies in a tank with two females. If there is not at the very least one female for every male, better if there are two, then the males will attack each other and harass the females until they are all dead.

Same with your swordtails.
