What kind of clothes look good on a "curvy" woman but is in style?

I'm 5'2 and have a large coca cola bottle body shape. (In the process of working out...lost 15 lbs) I have problems finding clothes in style for my size. I think i wear a size 16 jeans. Help...anyone?

The empire waist is a very flattering look because it plays up your bust and downplays your hips and tummy.

If you have a larger stomach you can't wear things that are too tight in the middle. But it's really what you think looks good! i love those long shorts that are out. get some more tailored ones and wear with some wedge sandles or little pumps. really cute, fashionable and flatering

Wedge sandles and high heels in general make your legs look slimmer. Long flowing skirts and flowy tops cover your front and still look classy.

To give yourself a more feminine shape try a large belt up on your natural waist. Don't wear any low rise pants and layer on flowy tops. My friend has the exact same problem as you and she looks great in these outfits
