How many calories are in Pork Lo mein, sweet and sour chicken, rice, and a fortune cookie?

Even if you only have one can i have it? I had this for dinner and i was just wondering cause i count my calories everyday.

If you count calories, you don't need to eat Chinese food.

Not without a detailed and complete list of ingredients, including quantities, and an estmate of how much oil was sucked up as well. Size doesn't count in some places, but it does here.

Add another 30 minutes to your workout; if you need to count calories, don't eat Chinese food - they're cooked up to enjoy. ENJOY.
