How to party and socialise without alcohol and smoking?

I stopped drinking and smoking a month back. Now I really donno how to party and socialize. I cant go to the pubs cause i will get tempted to fall back.What do non smokers and non drinkers do.

Hey I Think you are doing great for yourself..Now go places where smoking is not allowed like the movies or to dinner shows even to malls. Hey now you can just about go anywhere cause smoking is not allow anymore...I quit Oct 15th 2007 but now it is easy.

We find a hobby that doesn't revolve around drinking and/or smoking, we find others who enjoy the same hobby, and we get together with them. What do you like to do that isn't drinking or smoking?

Meet-up is a good place to find others who share your interests. If you're into it, there are always church groups, although I do not partake. Into S&M? Hey, there are always STAR TREK conventions. Are you a lesbian? Then find kindred spirits at your local sheep and wool shows. (US only, can't say this is true for other countries.)

You can still go to a pub but if people are smoking inside you will either want a cigarette or feel sick. I don't know where you are but a lot of pubs are non-smoking now anyway. I used to go out with drinking friends all the time and it was good because I hardly had to spend any money, was entertained by their drunken behaviour and woke up feeling great the next morning!

Look it is early days for you,it takes a long period to readjust as people we are creatures of habit,you have decided to change your habits and i applaud you.
I think it is best you avoid pubs seeing friends and others drinking,a lot of things are going on for you when you enter an old environ it's to hard an ask.
I decided i needed to make some changes some time back now,and it was by no means easy.
But over time it gets easier and i go to Hotels anywhere i like now and can have a great time without alcohol,in fact i would not change it now for any amount of money.
Go out with a friend you really trust,go out Dancing girls love strong sorts,thats what you are.
Go night clubbing,watch bands,Movies,dinning.

move to the US... you can't find a place to smoke in, if you wanted to!!
