How can I make better tips working at Coldstone?

I work part-time at coldstone and have to split the tips with my co-workers. What are some ways I can get more money?

you cant, you need to leave that job, that place is evil. go find a decent restaurant job. because with a decent restaurant job, comes decent tips, and so forth, I think the pattern is pretty clear

An ice cream store is a business that not everyone feels obligated to leave a tip. To tell you the truth, I don't tip there, because I don't want the employee to sing some stupid song.

Find another job. Coldstone is not a tipping place and I do not tip there.

If I have to stand in line to get my food , then there is no tip included.

tell the costumers just cus you are in a happy mood your putting an extra amount of whatever topping they asked. but tell them your doing it! so they ae like aww. how sweet. and then end up giving you tip.
