What adhesive should be used to adhere ceramic trim to a bathroom wall? |
I used mastic and the trim fell off. Trim is outside of tub/shower enclosure and is not submerged under water. Use a pre-mixed ceramic tile adhesive that can be purchased at tile centers of Lowes and Home Depot. Make sure all contact surfaces are clean and dry before applying adhesive follow directions. You may want to tape the tile in place while the adhesive is setting. After adhesive is set add grout and it should stay in place. |
