Where can I purchase a lamp shade that casts a reflection on the wall or ceiling? |
I would like for the lamp shade to have stars or something on it and for it to cast a reflection of the stars onto the ceiling or the wall, maybe even rotate if possible. It doesn't have to be a big lamp. try here? I don't know but... Make your own! You can purchase a cheap shade and remove the paper or fabric from it. Purchase some thin plastic sheets, such as transparencies or sheet protectors.Place star shaped stickers or what ever shapes you desire onto one side of the plastic sheets.Using a sponge or small roller, paint over the stickered side of the sheet with water soluble, dark paint. Once dry, carefully remove the stickers. Use scissors and hot glue to fashion your new shade and attach to the frame of the one you dissassembled. Presto !!WAY COOL CUSTOM SHADE!!! |
