Whats the best way to remove a splinter caused by a ceramic tile?

Can't see anything sticking out, its very painful.

You'll need to get a high power jeweler's loupe (the thing they stick on their eyes so that they have a free hand) and a really good pair of tweezers, and most likely a needle. Make sure that you sterilize the needle and tweezers first. Look through the loupe and see what you can find. If all you see is a hole, then you need to start to peel the skin from around it with the needle until you can see the splinter. Then grip it really good with the tweezers and pull it out.

erm cut your finger off......

..or scrape over where it hurts with a stanley knife.....

or get a woman to do it... they're good at them things

ye i know what you mean.get a fine pair of tweezers a good magnifying glass and a bright torch..if you are in gt britain you will be able to get tweezers and mag glass combined from betta ware catalogue about 拢5.

You'll probably need to soak your finger in warm soapy water a couple of times a day. It will take a few days for your body to start pushing it out.

Once it does start to come out, if you can't get it with tweezers, then put a bit of elmers glue on it, let it dry and then peel the dried glue off. The splinter should stick to the glue and come out when you peel it.
