What kind of paint should I use to put a logo on a maple snare drum? |
I am building a custom drum set using maple shells and I want to paint a design on the shells. I've been told that I should etch the design with a sharp knife before painting or it'll bleed. I want the shell to have a natural finish with a clear laquer coat. The design will be in black. What is the best paint to use in this situation? acrylic |
