What sort of power do they have in australia? is it the same as in the UK? |
I am about to buy some electrical items and am going to australia soon. do they have the same power and plugs as us here in the UK? we use 240 volt, 3 pin plug. Is that enough info? in australia there elecrticis 220 volts while in the u.k its 240 volts No. The Auzzie plugs have sockets like: \ / Australia was born as a UK prison colony, so, probably they run the same kind of electrics you do.
