What is the best paint to use when painting wood paneling? |
my whole room is wood paneling and i'm sick of it. i want to know if and how i can change the look of the paneling with out removing it. i want to paint in bright colors. what brand of type of paint is the best for this use? There is actually a type of paint on the market that's intended for paneling. Regular paint won't adhere to the slick surface of paneling. You can get a primer that is for formica.and prime them with that first. You must let the primer dry completely and then you can paint whatever color you wish.
