How can i get hem tape off my pants?

How can i get hem tape off my pants?
i used the hem tape correctly but some of it got on the pants that is showing. does anyone know how to remove this? also, when i go have my pants professionally hemmed, will the hem tape come off all the way?

Your question is a little vague. It sounds like you used iron-on hem tape and somehow got some in a spot where you didn't want it. If so, try heating it up again and then removing the part you don't want when the tape is still warm.

If that doesn't work, take it to a good dry cleaner --- they should be able to get it off/out with special solvents.
