What are some good ideas to do with an empty garage?

I don't want to rent it out. I just want to make it fun. It's 20Lx20Wx30H. Lots of room.

Depends on how elaborate you want it to be, but having ALL your entertainment equipment there and out of the house would be a good way to use the space. You might want to install an air conditioner if you live in a hot climate because most garages are not insulated. That goes forr heating too. Then, check out garage sales fo a few weeks to furnish it on the cheap. Ideal area for a true surround sound system, as you can use the rear speakers as they are meant to be used....behind you. You can make the seating area in accordance with the 'sweet spot' in the center of the stereo field. Let you imagination run wild....enjoy!

Make it in to a indoor swimming and spa area that way u can relax enjoy yorself goto http://www.articspa.com some amazing spa come hottub for good parties with your friends

Park your car?

Instruments! Destroy the neighbourhood!

My dream.....an entertainment room. Cushioned leather recliners with cup holders. BIG screen.......10 ft. with projector, surround sound, and a fully stocked bar.

Fill it with stuff. I'd recommend cool stuff that will make people jealous.

make it into another room.

Garages were made for 2 things, "HOT RODS AND BOATS", hence the "double garage"

A lot of good answers here, but the one above me is the best and deserves best answer, however he forgot to mention to put in a pool table.
