What is the best way to separate copper wire from electrical motors at home? |
I work in the HVAC field and recycle the old equipment. Reuse parts that are still good, etc. I take alot of items to the salvage yard but really hate to throw out the electrical motors as steel scape. Especially with the price of copper. the only ways i know of are to unwind it or to cut the stator in half and pick out the wire. |
