How do I figure out the placement of post for a curved deck?

This deck is straight for the most part except for one corner which will have steps to the yard. The steps will be on the corner that i want to curve, it will be gradual.

Try laying out the curve on the ground ahead of time, use some spray paint to make your curve. To make it a little easier make your lower support posts line up with upper rail posts.
As far as placement that really depends on the radius of your curve, but once you figure your curve you will have a much better idea of where to put your posts
Good luck on your deck.
Have A Great day!

you need to be more specific w/your question. when you say post I'm assuming your talking about a post for support, correct? what i need to accurately answer your question are as follows; height, length & width. what it will be attached to, a rough schematic (drawing) would be wonderful.

i would put the post every 4 foot apart, that would give you support, & that is very important on a deck
