What is the best way to clean vinyl blinds?

Anyone have a good method?

This may not be the best, but it works the best for me.
I take them down, stand them up (spread out) in the shower, spray them with Fantastic, or 409, or you can use equivalent, and then run scalding hot water on them for a few minutes from the shower. Let them drain the water off, and then hang them up again. Good as new!

I take mine outside where I have attached 2 big nails over the garage door, I hang the blinds up, get a bucket of water and whatever Im going to use to clean them with (i.e. amonia or tide soap) and a soft scrub brush and wash them. Works great

Get two old socks(or one thick one) and prepare a warm water and Dawn liquid dish soap solution. Put your hand in the socks and then into the bucket of suds. use your fore finger and thmb and pinch the blind and slide across each section of the blind.
Dry with a clean dry sock to pick up moisture and dirt.
This saves you the time of taking off the blinds and reinstalling them.
You can also do this with a pair of cotton gloves, but don't ask O.J. to help you with the size.

throw them in the bathtub and soak them in bleach (assuming they're already white) and water overnight. they should be nice and clean the next day.

take them down and soak in the bathtub in mild dish detergent. scrub with a brush, lay out to dry. it's worth the effort to take them down.

take them outside and spray with water first then pine-sol let it soak then spray for hard spot pine sol and rub with a rag/sponge spray then rinse than air dry.
