How do I make a 'laminated' name tag with average household items?

I need to make 2 or 3 nametags, but they need to be laminated. I have to find a way to cover them with something clear to keep things from getting on them. Thanks for your help=)

Use clear mailing/packing tape. print tag on your computer. Cut out and cover both sides with tape leaving enough margin for each side of tape to stick to the other. Trim edges and your done.

You could buy a labeler, they are usually about $20. I love mine!

Wide roll of clear tape or small baggies for jewlery.

Walmart sales clear shelf liner, we use this for crafts at VBS it works great.

depending on how big your tags need to be you can use if you have it...clear boxing tape place your tag onto a piece then cover with another piece...trim with about a 1/8th inch border

You can either use clear tape or clear contact/shelf paper that you can find at any grocery or home improvement store. Some dollar stores have it, too. Packing tape will work just as well, too.

try using clear mailing tape. that works pretty well but it takes time to keep the layers from overlapping
