How to erect a concrete sleeper retaining wall? |
I am thinking of putting one of these walls up around most of the outside of my property. It will be around 25 meters in length and a metre high so no need for council approval. OK sounds like an expensive system and not a DIY one either. Any alternatives? be sure to back fill with gravel up to within 8" of the top. Be sure to place a french drain behind the footer, or use weep holes. The concrete people will tell you the amount needed. |
