What is the best way to get rid of ants?

Every year around this time - they start showing up in my apartment... just a few at first then more and more and it's really annoying. Not all over my house - just in my bathroom.

ok , I did this back in college in a kitchen infested with ants. And it worked. I hope you don't mind the smell of vinegar, because that's what you can use. Once you do the normal cleaning, wipe everything in the kitchen, walls, creavaces, evertying with vinegar. Does'nt mater what kind. It will keep them out. Problem is you need to keep doing it every week

get some ant powder and put it all round the outside of the area where they are seen. not too good in the rain.but they wont cross it .otherwise it would stick to them and end up back at the queen end of ants.

call the enterminator as red ants could live in your walls. the only way to get rid of them is have a professioal come in and take care of it.

A cheap, easy and environmentally sound way of getting rid of the ants is cinnamon. Sprinkle cinnamon around where you see that they enter your home and when they walk through the cinnamon the fine powder fills their pores and suffocates them - while not pleasant to clean them up later you can know that what you did didn't harm you, any children or pets you may have. catch up ants one by one..... put them in ur mouth and bite them... be sure it shouldn't die...... after that they wil fear and they wil run away seeing u..........
