How do you make a smoothie with all 5 fruits to be healthy and good? how does this one sound? |
1 cup strawberries, 1 cup banana, 1 cup cantaloupe, 1 cup mango, 1 cup pineapple, 1 cup yogurt, and some milk (skim), and a little sweetener? i dont know, i just made it up. Peel bananas, break them into 4 pieces, put them in ziplock bags, and freeze them... I always make this one! it tastes really nice 1/2 medium banana sounds great but the cantaloupe kinda throws me off... i could do without it.. and i would either do frozen yogurt or add ice. oh and one more thing - that will make ALOT of smoothie... if it is just for one person do like 1/4 cup of each of your fruits.
