What is the shelf life of chocolate crackles? |
What is the shelf life of chocolate crackles? (you know... rice bubbles, cocoa, sugar, copha, etc). I generally store them in the fridge in a tupperware container, but its fine to keep them in the pantry if it is out of direct sunlight and doesn't get too hot. I'd recommend up to 3 days, it is not particularly perishable it is more to do with two things, 1. the rice bubbles will become a little soft/soggy & 2. they tend to absorb other flavours around them. |
