What is your favorite recipe using strawberries?

I've been hooked on great fresh strawberries lately. Aside from engulfing them whole, I've already made:

*strawberry pancakes
*strawberry and rhubarb crisp & pie
*strawberry shortcake
*strawberry and cream cake
*strawberry danish
*crushed strawberries to top french toast, ice cream, pound cake, etc.

I'm running out of ideas and wanted to know what your favorite recipes are and if you had any suggestions. Recipe links would be awesome:)

Baked Brie with Strawberry Glaze
1 (13 to 16-ounce) whole Brie cheese with rind left on
3 tablespoons strawberry preserves
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 1/2 tablespoons toasted hazelnuts or sliced toasted almonds


Toasted Bread Hearts and Crackers
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the Brie on a baking sheet or in a shallow baking dish. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the Brie is soft and warm, but not runny.
While the Brie is baking, heat the preserves and balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan until thick and bubbly and then remove from the heat.
Remove the Brie from the oven and transfer to a serving dish. Arrange the strawberries on top of the Brie. Drizzle with the heated preserves and sprinkle with the nuts. Serve with crackers or toasted bread hearts.
Makes 8 servings. Yummy!

Spinach salad! Fresh baby spinach , toasted walnuts(or nut of choice), crumbled goat cheese (or mild feta, Gorgonzola, blue cheese etc) any other salad ingredients such as sliced cucumber, red onion, carrot etc. Slice the strawberries and put them in a bowl with balsamic vinegar and honey and or turbinado. Toss salad together with salt/pepper If you have a wooden bowl rub the bowl with a cut fresh garlic clove! Drizzle the salad with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle the strawberries and vinegar over th top . Serve immediately!

When we go to Shoney's they have strawberries in a sauce that has been slightly thickened. Take one of there biscuits, open it up and put butter on it , put the biscuit in one of there bowls and cover it with the strawberries. Boy is it good. The strawberries are usually warm and on the breakfast bar.

Strawberry pie. You put whole strawberries in a baked pie shell. Then you make a jelly by crushing some berries and mixing them with water sugar and cornstarch and then pour it over your berries in the pie shell and chill. My other fave is strawberry freezer jam.

I have made this 3 times in the past 2 months. (I use a mix of fresh strawberris & frozen mixed berries w/sugar added.) It ROCKS!!
