What's the best way to clean my hardwood floors? |
In some places, I have stuck-on food, and just wondering how best to clean them without flooding them with water or scratching them up. I like to use the Murphay's to clean, but everyother week put some lemon oil on them to keep them conditioned. This will help things from sticking to them. Also in the cleaning isle of your market you should be able to find plenty of hard wood floor cleaners, just follow directions. Most work just fine. Just find one that works well with your floor Murphys Oil Soap Well, where you have your stuck on food I would take the murphys oil soap and let it sit on it for a minute or so and then scrub it off with a sponge then mop the rest of the floor. Definitely Murphy's. It comes in an orange scent too. Vinegar and water works great on hardwood floors. Murphys oil sometimes leaves a film on wood floors. Sometimes I mix them. Every hardwood floor is different. |
