Transparent white cat vomit with bubbles? help?

My cats do that on the odd occasion too but it's generally got a little hair in it too. The diarrhea is troublesome though but I'm not sure that they're related.

The diarrhea could be something he ate or if he got something too rich like kitchen grease. I had a cat that got in to the grease in the kitchen, unbeknownst to us, and he had diarrhea for about a day and a half.

I'd seriously think about getting the cat to the vet because the diarrhea, left untreated, could dehydrate him.

My 1 year cat is vomiting transparent white vomit with some bubbles in it and he's diarrheating as well . He was fine yesterday before we went to sleep and he didn't eat any weird stuff. He started to feel sick after he woke up today.. He doesn't eat but he drinks water. Could it be that he catched cold or is it something serious?

Maybe your cat has a fever or some sort of disease. Take your cat to the vet.
