What is the lowest calorie alcoholic drink that still tastes decent?

I am really trying to watch what I eat and lose some weight but I still like to have a few drinks. What are some good low calorie drinks that won't ruin my diet?

rum and diet. hands down. No carbs, no sugar, but plenty of alchohol. Have fun!

(Just be careful you don't get so drunk you end up going on a late night food run... hehe)

Vodka and club soda with a twist of lime.

either light rum or vodka mixed with diet soda

the most less calorie drink is when you use a diet soda mixed with or favorite drink you like other then the sweet drinks like margarittas or peach snapps you can't mix with diet soda it would not taste good. but beer just find the light stuff cause all drinks have calories and it also depends how much your drinking of it too worrie about it.

vodka with 2 ice cubes and a slice of lemon

Stoli, club soda, lime twist. I don't think it has a name, and you have to be very careful that rookie bartenders don't put the dreaded TONIC in your drink instead of club soda. Ewwwy and icky!!

In my opinion you cannot go with low-quality vodka with this drink because you can taste it in the drink when the vodka is cheap.

Personally I love this drink and if I'm drinking alcohol, I don't ever drink anything else unless I upgrade to Grey Goose or something in which case the goose just goes on the rocks ... no need to pollute it with club soda!.

Two reasons I don't drink anything else - and another reason why I don't drink lesser quality vodkas: I get crippling migraines, and it's a crisp, fresh drink.

Two of the things my migraines are triggered by are mixing alcohol and ANY refined sugar, and malted drinks. A lot of vodkas are malted these days - Absolut is one of them.

If you can't quite survive vodka and club soda with a lime twist and need a little hint of sweet in it, ask for a wedge of orange instead of the lime twist. Remember that a lime TWIST is just the *rind* of the lime ... some people find it "bitter", which is honestly a little mystifying to me. Anyhow; same liquids with a wedge of orange in it is pretty yummy too.

Good luck! I hope Your diet works out for you. Be sure to stay healthy!!
